I ran the Wilmslow Half Marathon on 30 March 2008 for the National Association for Colitis & Crohn's Disease (NACC) my nominated charity and also my wife's illness. I raised over £1,900 and came 716th out of 4,000 entries, thank you to all those who contributed and supported me, it was well worth it. I still continue to to run, cycle, swim for charity events... 'Lead A Healthy Lifestyle'...
The Human Being can almost achieve anything if you put your heart and soul into it: I managed to regain my fitness after piling on the pounds and was chosen to appear in the June 2008 issue of the Men's Health magazine for Diet & Fitness.
